Pictures Are Easy to Find

Dear Emily,
It took me a whopping 10 seconds to find a picture of both us from the Mitre climb last fall. I do agree we don't have many recent pictures.

I really appreciate having someone with such a shared life experience. I can't imagine growing up without someone alike enough to read my mind but different enough to perplex me.

Climbing Mitre Peak (a mountain outside of Fort Davis, TX) is always a challenge and adventure but I've always liked challenges and adventures. I remember climbing the gravel "cliff face" behind the car wash in Seguin when we were small. I wish I had a picture of that!

I've typed three completely different 'first post'/'introduction' style posts. None of them were very good.

No wonder you said the first post was a lot of pressure. This is hard. :(

We are not very extraordinary. Although, we have done some extraordinary things - together and separately. It's a lot to sum up.

So, here are some is a pictures that I stole from you:

You and mom (I'm sure you didn't know that until I just told you)...

I tried to take more photos, but we don't really take a lot of photos together anymore...like just us...why don't we do that?! We are lacking photos together from recently, just so you know. We need to take more photos of just us from here on out.

OH, we took a photo of us on top of Mitre, but I don't have that photo for some reason. And you don't have it in your picasa album.

But I do LOVE that you, Dave, and Kat made it into the Torch for TLU (page 23).

Alrighty, the first post is out of the way, so you can only go up from here...cause I didn't set the bar very high....I hope this experiment gets easier!
